When a district signs on, you're the person who makes the next three weeks go well or badly. You'll run rostering setup, coordinate teacher training across a dozen schools at once, and stay reachable through the whole first semester — the part most rollouts skip and where most rollouts actually fail.
What you'll do
- Own the onboarding relationship for 8–12 districts at a time, from signed contract to full launch
- Configure Google Classroom and Clever rostering syncs and troubleshoot import issues
- Plan and co-lead live teacher training sessions, usually in groups of 10–20
- Check in with district contacts weekly through the first semester, catching problems before they become churn
- Feed what you learn back to product and curriculum — you'll see rollout friction before anyone else does
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in customer success, implementation, or account management, ideally in K-12 edtech
- Comfort juggling a dozen active accounts at different stages without dropping any of them
- Experience with Google Classroom, Clever, or similar rostering systems
- Genuine patience for repeating the same explanation to a fifth district in the same week
- A former-teacher's instinct for what will actually confuse someone in week one
Nice to have
- Direct classroom teaching experience
- Experience running training for non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with SIS/rostering standards (OneRoster, Clever)
Why this role
We told the story of our Ridgeview rollout on the blog because it worked — and it worked because someone stayed involved past week three. That someone has this job title. You'd be doing the work behind stories like that one.
